Global Systems Integration

Many large, multi-million-dollar consulting projects are handled by a few, well qualified consulting firms such as BearingPoint, IBM, Deloitte Consulting and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. These firms have consultants who maintain strong functional skills and proven methodologies. Such consultancies are often called Global System Integrators (GSIs).

While a GSI brings a perspective and proven methodology, they sometimes need technical support for specific tasks. If such technical skills are not constantly exercised, they quickly become dated in the fast-moving technology and business world. ADI Strategies can complement GSI consulting teams with a variety of resources including: subject-matter experts, industry experts, technology experts, project management and database administrators.

Most of ADI's consultants have worked for a GSI at one time in their career. In these roles, ADI can operate transparently, appearing as a member of the GSI staff, sub-contractor, partner or other, as client needs dictate. ADI is willing to sign non-compete agreements to demonstrate we’re there to make the GSI (our client) successful.
