ADI Strategies always strives to provide clients with complete autonomy. We focus on knowledge transfer throughout every engagement such that clients fully understand and control their applications. In some cases, however, clients desire ongoing support to complement their internal resources, whether in terms of personnel, software or even storage. ADI offers a range of services to accommodate these needs.
ADI's ongoing support services can be either reactive or proactive. Reactive assistance can be offered on a 24/7 basis if necessary. Examples of that service might include:
A virus outbreak that diverts resources or disables systems
A sudden need for modified reporting, such as a regulatory change
A shortage of personnel at a critical time during the close cycle
ADI's proactive support services help clients avoid issues before they become problematic. This often involves the monitoring of key parameters around a client's servers and applications. ADI will produce reports and analysis on a regular basis to predict trouble spots and enable preventative action. Parameters monitored can include RAM and disk usage, calculation time, and the speed and timeliness of data feeds.
