[ID:0119] Import Hierarchies from EPMA to Shared Library or Application

How To:

Importing hierarchies from the EPMA interface tables, to either the Shared Library or directly to
an application, using “Merge”, creates duplicate members under multiple parents with shared members appearing before the base member.

Solution:

Add a column in the hierarchy interface table for the “IsPrimary” flag. “IsPrimary” is a Boolean (1/0) flag that EPMA will use to interpret the hierarchy. Flag all base members with “1” and any shared instances of the member with “0”.
