President and CEO

MURAT DEMIRKOL, President and CEO: Murat has been helping companies develop successful strategies and implement enterprise performance management solutions since 1996. Under Murat’s leadership, ADI Strategies has achieved continuous year over year growth while maintaining the highest rate of customer satisfaction. Murat has created a working environment where quality implementations and peerless consulting talent combine to create one of the most respected Hyperion Practices.

BILL RUBIN, CFO: As CFO of ADI Strategies, Bill leads the financial and operational direction of ADI Strategies worldwide. Since 1995 Bill has held a number of management roles in consulting firms that specialize in developing and implementing analytical solutions. Prior to joining ADI, he managed teams of consultants at i2 Technologies and A3 Solutions, Inc. VP- Financial Planning and Analytics

OLIVIER JARRICOT, Vice President – Financial Planning and Analytics: Olivier leads the Hyperion Planning and Analytics Team. In his role, Olivier oversees all current active engagements to ensure the right mix of resources are delivering the best possible solution for our customers. Olivier has been working with Hyperion tools and technologies since 1995. Prior to his work at ADI, Olivier held management positions at Bearing Point and KPMG. VP - Financial Consolidation

ALEXANDRE A. SERAN, Vice President – Financial Consolidation: Alexandre leads ADI’s Financial Consolidation and Reporting Team. With a background encompassing a broad range of client work as well as an engineering degree with a Master's of Finance and Information Systems, he brings a unique blend of financial acumen and strong technical aptitude to his role in designing and implementing high end solutions for ADI’s clients.  He personally oversees all current engagements to ensure that the team consistently exceeds client expectations by delivering custom built, state of the art solutions.  Alex has been working with Hyperion tools and technologies since 2001, and has served as Director of Financial Reporting Systems at variousmultinational organizations such as Publicis Groupe and Schneider Electric. ALEX COHEN, Practice Lead – Profitability Analyticstion: Alex leads ADI’s Profitability Analytics Practice. Throughout his career, Alex has directed strategic cost management and profitability analytics initiatives in a variety of industrie; including financial services and high tech. Alex specializes in guiding clients through conceptualizing, planning, architecting and implementing integrated driver-based solutions. He has expertise in driver-based planning and activity based management. Alex is recognized as a thought leader in strategic cost management solutions within the Oracle EPM space. SANDY ESTRADA, Practice Lead – Business Intelligence: Sandy is ADI’s Business Intelligence Practice lead. Throughout her career, Sandy has architected and led multiple global initiatives centralized around performance management, data-management and analytics leveraging Oracle and Hyperion solutions across a wide range of industries such as Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, and Entertainment. Prior to joining ADI, Sandy developed and directed a Center of Excellence BI team at Eaton Vance, recognized by Oracle's 2011 New England Business Intelligence Customer of the Year award. Having worked equality within and outside the consulting realm since 2000, Sandy brings a unique experience in implementing Oracle BI alongside Hyperion EPM solutions for Fortune 500 clients to ADI. SANTHOSH MADANGARLI, Vice President – ADI Strategies India: Santhosh works very closely with his peers in the US optimizing the mix of project resources. Under his leadership, operations in India have achieved tremendous growth in a short period of time and contributed significantly to successful EPM and BI projects in the US. Together with ADI’s US Operations, the Team in Pune India enables ADI to be responsive 24/7 and competitive on a global scale. Prior to joining ADI, Santhosh led IBM’s Indian Global Delivery Group where he coordinated his team’s efforts in several global scale deployments.
